Wake Forest's equipment room had outgrown its space. Packed into just over 4,000 square feet and supporting 16 sports, it was stretched thin, leaving little room to stay organized or keep up with daily demands.
When the opportunity came to move into a larger facility, the team rethought how their space should work. A high-density mobile shelving system created organized, accessible storage and freed up floor space for shipping, receiving, and day-to-day operations.
Each athlete now has a dedicated place for their gear, and teams can share or scale storage as needed. The new environment also helps support recruiting, giving prospective athletes a space that reflects the program's energy and attention to detail.
