When the Facility Falls Behind the Work

Quail Hollow Club’s maintenance team had outgrown their space. Tools didn't have defined homes, materials couldn't always be stored on site, and some equipment ended up outside. 

With Patterson Pope, the space was reworked around how the maintenance team operates, with custom racks, organized parts storage, and a layout that helps everything go back to a spot. Now, when the weather opens a window to work, the team is ready.
