Records That Keep Up with the Caseload

Maury County's court system had outgrown its historic home, and its outdated approach to filing. Casework was increasing, but space and organization hadn't kept pace. With a move to a new judicial center, the county saw an opportunity to rethink how records were stored, accessed, and managed. 

Partnering with Patterson Pope, Maury County introduced high-density mobile shelving and secure static storage for the Circuit Court, Chancery Court, and Public Records Archive. The result was a clearer, more flexible setup that improved staff workflows, streamlined long-term storage, and reclaimed space without sacrificing access.
