At Kennesaw Mountain High School, 250 football players' worth of equipment had to fit into a 356-square-foot room. Helmets, pads, and jerseys were stacked, hung, or squeezed in wherever they could go. Organization was a constant challenge and access was anything but easy. 

With no option to expand, the team needed a smarter game plan. Partnering with Patterson Pope, they implemented a high-density mobile storage system that created a designated place for every piece of equipment, maximizing space while improving organization and day-to-day workflow.
