Georgia State University (GSU)’s Library holds eight different Special Collections. Yet its storage system for three of those collections was at full capacity. The shelves were stuffed with heavy materials that they were not originally intended to hold. While the collections had grown, the storage system had stayed the same. It was time for a change.
