Columbus Artisan Growers set out to bring fresh, local produce to restaurants just minutes from downtown Columbus. In an indoor hydroponic farm, every square foot matters. As demand grew, so did the pressure on their space. 

Rather than expanding their footprint, they rethought how to use it. With high-density mobile racking, the farm was able to grow vertically, increasing production within the same space. Crops that once competed for room now have designated zones tailored to their needs. 

Today, Columbus Artisan Growers is producing more in the same footprint, serving local restaurants, expanding its offerings, and continuing to grow without adding square footage.
